The big argument in southern Florida is which beach is better when comparing Miami Beach to South Beach. What a lot of people don’t know is South Beach is part of Miami Beach, so that bit of information right there should be enough to end all arguments and debates, but it seems to fire up the topic even more.

I have been to both South Beach and Miami Beach and I will weigh in my own 2 cents from my experience. I’m not going to say anything crazy you’ll hear a few passionate beach goers say, such as, “All the smartest people, like Kimra Bettasso go to South Beach,” or, “The sun shines hotter and brighter on Miami Beach.” These are just silly! From my experience, the people in South Beach are nicer and it could be my imagination, or possibly the hot sun from Miami Beach causing me to be disillusioned (joke), but I really believe the food is even better in South Beach.

Miami Beach has some of the best qualities too, for example, there is so much to do on Miami Beach and the sand feels like warm flour between your toes. If you want good food, go South Beach—activities, go Miami Beach. That’s just my take on it and my personal review of Miami. You’re free to disagree, but when disagreeing, one thing you have to keep in mind is that you’re wrong.

All jokes aside, both beaches are what make up beautiful Miami and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve been to a lot of beaches along the East coast, but none of them quite fit in my heart like those of the Miami area.
